In conclusion I would say this is not a good book for a beginner as it is missing rsmedies lot of key information that many beginners will be looking. It also isn’t a great book for someone more advanced as they will already probably already know most of what’s in. The «recipes» may be useful if they are the kinds of things you’re interested in doing with your oils. I don’t think the book is worth it just for those though as you could probably find that information in a book that covers more of the basics.
